Pacifico is nothing short of fantastic. You walk into a quaint little restaurant with a beautiful ambiance. My boyfriend and I started with a cheese board and one of the servers or managers recommended switching to the prosciutto. I am so glad we listened because it was absolutely to die for. As an entree I had the tuna steak with the fresh fettuccini and vodka sauce. This was absolutely delicious! I look forward to visiting more often!

This is an example of when I wish there were more than 5 stars.  I came with my mom on an off season Friday night.  We started with a cheese board as many others suggested and we had the manager surprise us for the cheese selections and I recommend this.  The Cesar salad was charred with homemade dressing and honestly I think the best I've ever had, and that's saying a lot.  My mom got pasta fagioli that tasted like my grandmother made it.  We split the orecchiette with vodka sauce and had shrimp added;  again, outstanding.  We finished with the ricotta cheesecake and once again not disappointed.   The service was A+ and the place has an upscale but non stuffy feel in the middle of wildwood.  Don't place this up, trust me.

We went there due to the high yelp ratings.  We were the only 2 people n the restaurant - should have been a red flag.  Beautifully decorated, very expensive.  The WORST ITALIAN FOOD I HAVE EVER HAD.  The veal parmesean was a thick veal chop on bone, very tough, grisly, bland and tasteless.  I sent it back and chose the gnochi with tomato sauce.  Also bland and tasteless.  As a minimum the sauce needs salt and spices.  Barely ate any of it.  My friend had a pork dish - she said it was very tough.  We will never go back.
