Pacino is a fantastic bar in Kobe with a great selection of drinks, including Guinness on tap, which is rare to find done properly in Japan. There’s also loads of food available, making it a great spot for both drinks and a bite to eat. What really stands out is the genuine, relaxed atmosphere, it’s the perfect place if you’re looking to escape the crowds and enjoy a proper bar vibe in Kobe.
