It was the best food we had in Trapani, that’s for sure. Stumbled upon this small restaurant down a quiet side street when wandering around. It is new so not widely known about just yet. The owner was keen to come out and chat to customers and tell them his story. You can tell he has travelled the world and has taken influences into his new restaurant. The food is so well taken care of. The eggplant was AMAZING. I love finding restaurants like this. It isn’t a criticism, only an idea; You can get a 5 star atmosphere by turning off the bright white overhead lights and adding small warm table lamps instead. This would top off the 10/10 food. Perhaps there could be outside tables too, although maybe this isn’t possible :) Thank you for a really incredible meal. We hope people discover Paciuco and your restaurant is a huge success.
