Old stale ice cream. No sugar cones. Avoid and don't waste your money. Not even sure its real paciugo ice cream. What a scam!

The gelato tasted off and had a gritty texture, almost like crunching on sugar, and it didn’t look right either. I went back to let the server know, but they told me that’s how it’s supposed to taste. I’ve had gelato many times at different Paciugo locations, as well as other gelato shops in the U.S. and Italy, and I know that’s not how it’s supposed to taste.
