What we can say is that we are celebrating our 50th anniversary this year and if we provided the experiences you mention on a regular basis then we wouldn’t still be here. Our fish fry has been voted Milwaukee’s best many years in a row. Our steaks have been also rated the same. We are not perfect and sometimes will have a bad entree come out of the kitchen, but it is rare. The kitchen really isn’t visible from the drive thru window. But, we have been given the highest “A” rating from the Milwaukee health department for our cleanliness and adherence to food safety practices. Almost makes me think this is a fake review from a former disgruntled employee or a competitor. Either way, our hundreds of delighted diners every week would disagree with every aspect of your review. In addition, I notice of the four reviews you have written, three are one star and one is a two star. Doesn’t look like you have anything positive to say about much. We will continue to try to please everyone who gives us the honor of dining with us and are sorry to hear you won’t be joining us again. More
