Paco Ciao is "hidden in plain sight" a block from the train station. It has the most atmosphere of any place I have seen in the Netherlands, in its own funky way. Hors d'oeuvre were an excellent accompaniment to sharing drinks with friends. And the varied drinks available were suited to the atmosphere. We may have been the only foreigners there in late afternoon, but it was all so intimate and friendly that we loved the visit. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
