I wanted to try a different place for lunch so we headed over to Pad Thai after seeing is several times in passing whilst in the area. As soon as we walked in we were greeted with a warm welcome from the owners. Due to it being my first time there I asked a few questions, in which the owner responded to with so much grace and care. She was extremely knowledgeable of the menu, and took her time to explain a few of the ingredients. I ordered a simple, yet tasty place of the traditional Pad Thai, and added shrimp. It was delicious. We couldn’t wait to get home to try, so we sampled it in the car, and immediately loved it .
