I never review a place negatively, this is the first time, as it really was a very unpleasant experience. I arrived and there was no one to serve me, so I went to the counter to place my order (because the person at the counter wasn't doing anything) and they told me that I had to sit down and wait until someone came to serve me at the table. Well, I waited for TWENTY minutes between being served and my order arriving (a mixed bag that came with very little filling and an orange juice that was hot). Not to mention that the person who came to assist me didn't even say a good morning! But the worst of all was that all the air conditioners were off/not working.
