Amazing experience! Friendly staff, who makes you feel appreciated as a customer. Loved the pasta variety, the fact that it’s all home made and that they prepare it with a perfect feeling for what al dente should taste in your mouth. Among mine top 3 in Pula. Padela in Pula is, without a doubt, the absolute best food I have ever experienced in my life. Chef Mario has created a culinary masterpiece, and the entire experience was elevated by the impeccable service from our waiter, Darko. From the moment we sat down, the attentiveness and warmth of the staff made us feel incredibly welcome. But it was the food that truly stole the show. We indulged in the carpaccio, which was melt-in-your-mouth perfection, followed by the nduja pasta, clam pasta, and seafood pasta – each dish a symphony of flavours and expertly prepared. For dessert, the pistachio cake was a divine ending to an unforgettable meal. And let's not forget the Montiron wine; it was exceptional.
