Good Pepperoni, pepperoni pizza and pizza salads are among the dishes to be tried at this pizzeria. The attentive staff works hard, stays positive and makes this place great. Nice service is something that guests highlight in their reviews. Padrone's Pizza provides food at democratic prices. The peaceful ambiance gladdens people and attracts more clients. But visitors rate this place below average on Google.

The pizza here is the best you're going to get anywhere in this area. They actually make and sheet their own dough, and the ingredients they use are high-quality. This is the real deal. b The service is always good and friendly. Unfortunately, Middlesboro is a terrible place in which to run a business, especially a restaurant, because no one seems to want to work there, so finding good help is next to impossible, and when that help makes a mistake, the people there jump all over them in these reviews and on social media. I'm telling you, go to Padrone's and support this great local business and stop eating the crap at the fast food places and the cheap pizza joints that serve you sauce and cheese on a piece of cardboard. First off I wanna start by saying thank you guys for the awesome lunch yesterday 8-22-25. It was mine and my wife's first lunch together by ourselves since our son started kindergarten, and she chose Padrone's. And the food was amazing and the staff was so nice and friendly it felt more like swinging by and catching a bite to eat at a friend's house instead of just an other sit down pizza place. She and I both got subs which was better than anywhere else we've gotten subs from, and the only thing I said to my wife was and this was my own preference is "it needed butter on the bread before toasting it", but the sandwich was still good. Next we had gotten a small pizza which was even better "move over pizza chains" because Padrone's pizza is top shelf hands down best pizza. My wife and I recommend everyone to swing by and say hi to the crew at Padrone's and grab a bite to eat. Thank you guys sooooo much for the hospitality don't change anything you guys are awesome the way you are. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
