I ordered the seafood paella from Jose and it was the best one we’ve ever had. The amount of seafood, the taste and right amount of seasoning and spices was perfect. We had 6 people dinner and we still have leftovers, the portion is pretty big. Fantastic and outstanding experience!! Thank you very much Jose!! I recommend Paella Chef 5 stars!

Absolutely wonderful experience...Jose was very accommodating, food was excellent. The paella Valenciana with lobster was a hit of the party. The beef and chicken empanadas tasted great. The charcuterie board was great as well.
Thank you so much. We will definitely be calling you for future events.
