First of all the food here is beyond incredible. It could not possibly be any more authentic. But on top of that, I recently played a togo order over the phone for 8 cannolis a few hours in advance. When I got there, she made a face that was very clear it had been forgotten. However, they immediately apologized, had it ready in five minutes, and gave us a free pastry. And I cannot fully describe how incredible the food and pastry was. Go here. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

The other week I finally had a chance to try Pala Bakery, and it did not disappoint! I ordered the Mortadella Panini and it was truly the best panini I’ve ever had. So much flavor and craftsmanship goes into making it. It was fresh and everything I hoped it would be. It has been a month since I had it and I can’t stop thinking about it LOL. Can’t wait to go back when I am in that area! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

The only good thing here is the sandwiches, try the sandwiches.. The first bite crunch is a whole experience every single time. The pastry & gelato was sub par.. BUT I’m so mad that I didn’t discover this spot soooooner.. It’s less than a 10 min drive from my office. In my opinion, it’s the best sandwich in Atlanta! Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3
