Not sure why there are so many extreme differences in opinion on this restaurant. Dining on the lake-side balcony terrasse, the place is outstanding. The service is dedicated (large staff with possibly some miss along the road, but nothing having to be critiqued harshly). The Roc de Chere menu is delightful, creative and enticing. After many precautions and warnings (at the time of reservation, upon my arrival at the establishment, at the table to the attention of the waiters) concerning my allergy to gluten (I am celiac), I was poisoned by gluten. Considering the price, the quality of service should be impeccable. This is simply unacceptable.
