Pulled up for lunch; what a hidden gem here in Proserpine! We were greeted by a welcoming Carolyn from behind the bar who was friendly and knew her stuff. Seriously, the amount of time and care that went in to making a Soda Water with Lime was amazing. Food menu was simple and the food was delicious. Would definitely stop here again. Highly recommend. Stayed at The Palace Hotel due to a family emergency, the wonderful staff made an extremely hard weekend so much easier. Rooms are comfortable, food is amazing, and helpful staff promote local businesses to give us some distractions. Cannot praise the lovely, welcoming staff enough!! Service: 5
