Palacio de la Costilla is pretty near Edificio de la Gobernacion de Risaralda. You will try good pork, broth and casserole. From the visitors' viewpoint, the staff is disorganized here. Satisfying service is something that people don't like at this restaurant. From the guests' point of view, prices are fair. Enjoy the charming atmosphere here. It is a traditional place in Pereira, good service and good prices, parking is somewhat difficult. It is not a pink zone but there is a security guard especially at night. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3
