The Palacio is a beautiful building, with easy access on the corner of a city block and plenty of public parking lots nearby. There are elevators and escalators to get to the concert hall on the upper floor and on the first floor a place to buy refreshments. The ushers were very friendly, polite and professional. I saw them assist handicap guests to their seats, in one case picking up a guest from a wheelchair and placing him in his seat. The symphony played to perfection and acoustics were great. I recommend getting to a parking lot early and watching your step walking along some of those sidewalks, we saw broken concrete and exposed pipes along the way.

Air conditioned, sleek and modern. It's a lot of touch screens which is cool but becomes repetitive after a while. For the price fine, but I basically walked through a website.
