Little cafe by nielson hays library is lovely. It is peaceful and with it being next to the library, it makes a perfect relaxing afternoon western oasis in the middle of bkk Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

Palam Palam Tamagno Cozy cafe with a shady atmosphere surrounded by trees It is the only cafe located next to the Neilson Hays Library. Anyone who comes to the library, please stop by and sit and sip coffee here. The cheesecake here is delicious. I recommend it. The shop has a book corner. Full of cute things I really like the photography line. Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5
