As we are located in the historic city center, on-site parking is not permitted. Therefore, immediately after your online booking, we send a map with detailed instructions on where to find free and long-stay parking. Additionally, on the day of your arrival, our staff assisted with your luggage and provided further guidance on parking. We apologize if there was any misunderstanding, and please know that we do our best to make this process as smooth as possible. 2. **Turndown Service**: We regret any confusion regarding the turndown service. This service was provided until last year when our standards were adjusted to align with our current 4-star rating, which does not include turndown service. It is possible that an outdated room directory caused this misunderstanding, and we are in the process of updating these materials. We assure you that nowhere in our current booking information is turndown service advertised. 3. **Rooftop Bar**: Our rooftop is indeed open and usable. Guests can place their orders at the bar in the main hall, either in person, by asking a member of our staff, or by dialing reception. We apologize if this process was not clearly communicated during your stay. We are pleased to hear that, despite these points, you had an overall wonderful stay and felt the experience was worth the price, especially with the discount promo.
