This restaurant is a hidden gem in Westchase! We had a group dinner for 35 people in the Venetian room - warm, inviting atmosphere. Service was attentive and efficient. And the food was amazing! Chicken piccata, chicken parmesan, and shrimp scampi -- yum! prices are reasonable too. Highly recommend!!!! First time visiting Palazzo's, and I wasn't disappointed. First of all, if you visit, ask for Raul. So I came around the end of lunch and the restaurant was nice and relaxed. I had the cacao de pepe (on of the features), and it was cooked perfectly. The bread service is also no joke! Service was also top-notch, Raul had that perfect balance of being attentive and suggesting items without being overbearing or hovering.
