Horror. Carbonara is inedible (slanina je spálená, nesolená (vůbec žádná sůl), není k jídlu), spaghetti with butter for children is inedible (taste 0). Pizza is more or less edible compared to everything else. You wait an hour for a fork. Service, like everything else, is adequate. My experience at Ristorante Pizzeria Palermo was exceptional. If Italian food is your thing, Ristorante Palermo is a must visit. All entrees were executed perfectly. The Neapolitan pizza was exquisite and rivals anything I’ve had in Italy. As recommended by the owner/host, I tried the flank steak. So happy I did. The meat melted in your mouth. I used my butter knife to cut, it was that tender. The rocket salad was fresh and seasonal. It paired and contrasted nicely with the flank steak. Also, I tried the bruschetta and ensalata caprese. Both were fantastic. The wine list was crafted nicely and compliments the entrees on the menu. I tried the chianti and valpolicella. I loved both of them. The establishment is clean, modern, and ambiance is perfect. Service is great. Prices affordable. HIGHLY recommend.
