My husband and I celebrated his birthday coming specifically to Palisade as it had been years since I'd been there and he had never been. It didn't disappoint. My crab stuffed salmon was moist and so flavorful, and John enjoyed his prime rib done perfectly. Our server Adrian was very attentive even as we mentioned we weren't in a hurry. He subtly checked on us from 1st drink through dessert. Wonderful experience & we look forward to coming back much sooner. Thank you.
