I guess people don't know how to read signs that say no smoking... the smell from cigarettes INSIDE is unbearable like I don't understand how anyone can sit in there, let alone order food or a single drink in that environment ( Isn't there a rule or a law prohibited indoor smoking like that ) Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Wow! My experience at Palm cafe, was amazing. Good music. Great service. Delicious appetizers. Not to mention very clean bathrooms . So anxious to go back and hang out at my favorite place to be
