Tried out Pambazos for dinner and ordered shrimp tacos, carnitas tacos, chips and guacamole, pork tamale, and horchata! Everything was delicious! The tamales were yummy, but spicy (although I’m a baby when it comes to spice). The carnitas tacos were cut up chunks/slices of pork as opposed to shredded pork that I’m used to, but not bad. The shrimp tacos were packed! But my favorite of the night was the chips and guacamole. The chips were perfectly cooked and crispy and the guacamole was super fresh! The owners were super warm and welcoming and the food was ready pretty quickly. The vibe in the shop reminded me of growing up in So Cal, with all the traditional Mexican candies I grew up with. I didn’t ask, but it seems like it was take out only, no biggie, but just a heads up! Meal type: Dinner Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
