i own a sourdough English muffin company in the USA and i know what it takes to make real, delicious sourdough bread. that’s what they do at Pan Lab and they do a fantastic job. they are hard workers and the bread is the best in Pucon. i have family in Villarica and make the drive to Pucon whenever we need bread just to get Pan Lab. it is hands down the best in the area. service is amazing, bread is the best and the staff is passionate and friendly!
