I visited this restaurant with my family today and had a wonderful experience. We ordered a chicken biryani and chicken fried rice, and both dishes were absolutely amazing. The portions were generous, especially the chicken, which was plentiful and delicious. A special mention to the waiter who served us—he went above and beyond to ensure we had a five-star experience. His excellent service truly made our visit even more enjoyable. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for great food and excellent service. Please keep up the fantastic work! On 8th June, my wife and I visited Pan Restaurant for lunch, and unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. We ordered the Samba Chicken Biriyani (Rs. 1,100), Beef Rice & Curry (Rs. 1,200), Ginger Beer (Rs. 255), and Sprite (Rs. 255). With the additional 10% service charge, our total bill came to Rs. 3,091. The Chicken Biriyani was the biggest surprise. Although it was served as biriyani, it tasted more like ordinary yellow rice with chicken. It lacked the aroma, spices, and flavour that you would normally expect from a proper biriyani. I would rate it 5/10 at best. The Beef Rice & Curry was even more disappointing. The quantity was acceptable, but the food had almost no taste. The beef itself was edible, but there were only around 5–6 small pieces. In my opinion, based on the taste and quality, this dish felt worth around Rs. 500–550 rather than Rs. 1,200. The drinks were charged at Rs. 255 each, and a 10% service charge of Rs. 281 was added. To be fair, the waiter who attended to us was polite and professional, and I have no complaints about the service provided by the staff. I don’t mind paying premium prices when the food quality matches the cost. However, in this case, the food simply did not justify the price we paid. I hope Pan Restaurant improves its food quality and consistency because customers deserve better value for their money. This review reflects our genuine experience as paying customers, and I have attached the bill for transparency. Price per person: Rs 1,000–2,000 Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2
