Not only should O'Bryant Square be visited, but also Pan Roast-Portland. This restaurant offers tasty clam chowder, mussels and tuna. If hungry, come here for good waffles. It is good to enjoy delicious wine or good beer.
The appealing staff reflects the style and character of Pan Roast-Portland. Cool service is something that people highlight in their comments. There is cozy atmosphere at this place. But a number of guests who use Google didn't give this spot a high rating.

I was very disappointed with my experience at Pan Roast. I ordered the fish and chips, but the ticket and food delivery system was extremely disorganized. It seemed like no one was properly checking orders before handing food out to customers. Another customer took my order by mistake and later brought it back after realizing it wasn’t theirs. When I brought this to an employee’s attention, they appeared to think it was acceptable to still serve me the same plate. I have no way of knowing what happened to that food while it was in another customer’s possession or whether it had been touched or sampled. For a restaurant serving seafood, this level of disorganization is concerning. Food safety and order accuracy should be basic expectations. Based on this experience, I would not recommend eating here, especially if you’re ordering seafood. The lack of oversight and attention to food handling standards left me with very little confidence in the restaurant’s operations. Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The Pan Roast, their signature dish, was really quite amazing. I had it with clams and was not disappointed. For a food cart type place, it is not cheap. Perhaps because the Flock pod is in the 1st floor of the Ritz-Carlton. For the signature dish I must say again they do it very very well. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $30–40 Food: 5 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3
