I was given a $10 promo by Panago via phone, so decided to order something, which we haven’t for a while. I ordered ahead and picked up a $40 order. I was in a rush to head home after a really long day, and decided to add a 2L bottle of pop. I was told they couldn’t add it to the order and I couldn’t pay separately because there is a $5.00 minimum to use my card. Ridiculous. So instead of getting a drink, and instead of getting another $4.50 from me, they got zero. Lose lose situation ‍ Food: 3 Service: 1

I recently visited this Panago Pizza location in Coquitnam and was blown away by the quality of the food and service. The pizzas were cooked to perfection. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making the overall dining experience a pleasure. I highly recommend place.
