WORST SERVICE EVER!! I don't ever get vexed enough to write a review, but this was so bad I had to. I decided to order from panago because they have gluten free crust and daiya cheese (non-dairy). I tried to order two large pizzas so I could get their deal of free bread sticks (for people without gluten intolerance). The lady on the phone said the Gluten Free crust only came in a medium when I tried to order it in a large. I asked if I could still get the deal if I ordered a second pizza in a large. She didn't understand what I was asking. I had to explain it to her about 12 times until she got that I was asking for their deal but since they wouldn't allow me to order in large I would be okay with a medium. She refused to allow this to happen because she wasn't TAUGHT TO DO THIS! umm what? Are you a robot? Panago pizza sucks, but I was willing to try out their new healthy options! I guess when they revamped their menu they forgot to consider how to adjust the deals menu. Why would they say I can't order a large pizza and then say I will need to order a large in order to get the deal. Looks like Ill have to wait for Royal Pizza to offer gluten free crust. So brutal.
