Pizza was great, tasty well cooked and well presented. Waitress was fairly good except for a 'mix up in the kitchen'. Drinks menu is above average. Apart from the crowding of all the takeaway customers clouding the seating patrons, it was a nice meal. Managers should have stepped in to control and direct the crowd Meal type: Dinner Price per person: R 100–200 Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4 Recommended dishes: Pizza, Vegan, Exstra Chips

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this restaurant. Not only was the service lacking, but the hygiene standards were completely unacceptable. I found hair in both my food *and* my drink, which is honestly shocking and completely put me off my meal. What made the situation even worse was the staff’s response. When I brought it to their attention, there was no genuine apology, no urgency to resolve the issue, and no effort to make things right. It felt dismissive, as though my concern didn’t matter at all. Dining out should be an enjoyable experience, but this was the exact opposite. Cleanliness and basic customer service should be a given, not an afterthought. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning, and I would not recommend this place to others. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: R 200–300 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

This is the first disappointing visit to Panarottis Garden Route Mall. The manager greeted us at the door ON HIS PHONE. When our food arrived, someone had emptied sugar into the top of the salt cellar, and I accidentally put it on my pasta. I called the manager who asked if I'd like to replace the meal. I said no, but received no apology or anything. This was an anniversary dinner at our favorite restaurant, and i was really disappointed in the lack of professionalism and care from the manager. Fantastic service from our waitress however.
