This is the first disappointing visit to Panarottis Garden Route Mall. The manager greeted us at the door ON HIS PHONE. When our food arrived, someone had emptied sugar into the top of the salt cellar, and I accidentally put it on my pasta. I called the manager who asked if I'd like to replace the meal. I said no, but received no apology or anything. This was an anniversary dinner at our favorite restaurant, and i was really disappointed in the lack of professionalism and care from the manager. Fantastic service from our waitress however.
