well, one of two favorite places for mochi and deserts in general in Cuenca. Chef is definitely professional. It's not specialty coffee place so I won't judge the quality of cappuccino too harshly.

Absolutely delicious. Desserts are made with care and with the best ingredients. Panasia is a must when visiting Cuenca. Some of my favorites are the Blueberry Yogurt and Lemon cake. The cheesecakes are also top notch. Oh! And the pistachio eclairs are dreamy too! Yum!
