They need better hiring managers at this location. I see all of the bad reviews and this is because management is hiring these kids with zero customer service skills. Very unprofessional and rude workers at this location. Management needs to Do better training on these awful workers. Service: 1

They send you messages saying your order is ready when it really isn't. You still end up waiting longer then what the app said you would. Seems like they send the messages out to make it seem like things are getting done in a timely fashion but thats a lie. They are falsifing the "time stats" while inconveniencing their customers. First time I’ve ever written a review. First, drive thru line took too long, about 20 minutes, but not a huge deal because they could be backed up. Second, when we got to the window, we received our food and then our drinks, as soon as we were handed our drinks, I could tell it wasn’t full. Opened it, and it was only filled halfway for both drinks, I asked the worker if she could fill these up and she rolled her eyes. Third, when we pulled through to park, there were utensils in the bag. This has been a sort of common occurrence when I go to panda expresses, and you’d think they would pack them given that every meal requires utensils. Fourth, after I got utensils from inside, came back out to my car to start eating and there was strands of hair inside of the broccoli and beef. Never write bad reviews, however, the people working are unprofessional, lack competency, and are slow. Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
