Placed an online order 50 minutes prior to close. When I came to pick it up 30 minutes before close, I was told there was no more food to fill my order, that they could not refund my payment, that I would need to call corporate for a refund, and that I could google the number. Never even got an apology for taking an order they couldn't fulfill. Overall terrible customer service. I get that the workers want to clean up early and get home at close, but you can't shut everything down 50 min before close and still claim to be open (and take online orders). Will never go back. Worst experience ever. My broccoli with steak was only broccoli which I brought to the attn to Brenda, the service lady and she told me that the plate was supposed to be broccoli with a little steak but the picture does not justify the price. Food was dry and without flavor. I asked for salt and Brenda again with a dry tone told me we dont have salt or pepper. I can only asume that the location of Panda Express in decline and probably wont be there very long with this kind of service.
