Worst Panda Express ever, no rice, ever! Every time I stop by in Monterrey, at least 6 times, no rice. Today I order broccoli, meat, onions. 1 broccoli, the guy watching not to serve too much, he need to make it last!!! Seriously!, the other “Specialty”, was peanuts, meat onions meat!!! Chunks of grease! Noodles and a tea! It was a plate $354.00 pesos about $20 dls no pictures it was disgusting! Oh, they asked for a tip!!!
