Normally, I love this Panda Express, but recently I've had two bad experiences. The first experience is I noticed the lady making my food had a band-aid on her thumb. She wore no gloves and was holding my plates with the thumb with the band-aid. She wore no gloves. She was very sweet, but that was totally unsanitary. The second incident was, while I was looking for the food I wanted, there was a fly that kept flying on the rice and on the other foods. They just kept preparing the food as if the fly was not landing on it. I made it be known then walked out. I normally love this Panda Express, but the employees need to handle their business when it comes to cleanliness. Meal type: Dinner

Food has been good each time but every time we order they are out of something. Last time was teriyaki chicken this time was white rice. Order was supposed to be ready at 5:20 and at 5:30 nothing. Orders that came in after mine were ready before mine. Made no sense. Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3

I absolute hate the shift manager at the location on Highway 29 on night shift they charge extra for black pepper steak but they barely like to give you any when I went to the Panda Express in Atlanta they fix your food exactly worth how much you pay for it.
