They never have chopsticks, and if you ask for a bag, the cashier won't bag your food for you; they just hand you a bag. They don't even hold the bag open to help you bag your food, and if you ask them for help, they either just stand there not helping. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
