How do they not have my order ready when I ordered in advance online? Waited 20 minutes for my order which should have been done since I ordered it when I was driving from Redwood City to here. They are all over the place. The chili crisp shrimp was more like spicy soggy shrimp. It was anything but crispy. It was so soggy that it was mushy. The flavors taste like the mild pepper sauce they have at Asian restaurants. Nothing special. The fried rice with broccoli beef was super dry. The broccoli beef was super salty. Another lackluster experience for Panda Express.
