My food was obviously sitting out in the heater for hours. Food did not taste or look fresh. The staff is nice. But there are many panda express to visit just not this location. 10:35 am on a friday. Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

I came to get a bowl and a bigger plate an hour before closing and they were out of steamed rice. How are you going to be out of steamed rice?? More like they just were being lazy and trying to make sure they got out of work early. They had most the place already cleaned and were starting to put stuff away. They had the line broke down and everything all spread out. They had the food sitting out in bowls on top of the warming tray slots were the food should have been behind the glass were you order. The food didn't look very good. You could tell the food had been sitting out for longer than it should have been. They told me what they had out was all of what they had eluding to that they were not going to make anything else fresh for the rest of the night. Definitely a very poor experience and it's concerning that they were serving the food they were in bowls over the warming trays. Meal type: Dinner Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Cantonese BBQ beef was gross. Wish they would let you sample it before wasting money on it. Don't get it. They also didn't give me a fortune cookie w my combo plate. Super disappointed despite the worker being nice. Just a bad experience tonight. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 2 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
