This food place is alwayssss closed. I’ve visited the place at 12:00, 1:00 and 2:00 pm, and it’s always closed. What kind of place opens at 3:00pm and closes at 6:45 pm. They should change the staff for people that really wants to work. It’s a shame because I love panda express.
