I am writing to express my strong disappointment with the service and atmosphere at Panda Express Store #1195 during our recent visit. While we appreciate fast service, the conduct of Supervisor Fez was completely unprofessional and unacceptable. While we were waiting in line to be served by team member Zully, Supervisor Fez interrupted and instructed her in Spanish—assuming no customers understood—saying, "Don’t take orders if you're not done with these orders." His tone toward his employee was dismissive and disrespectful. Demeaning staff in front of customers creates a hostile environment and reflects poorly on your establishment. Furthermore, in his attempt to rush through orders, Supervisor Fez was extremely rude to my mother-in-law, telling her, "I can't take you" / "I can't help you." While I understand the emphasis on speed and efficiency, it should never come at the expense of basic courtesy and respect. First, customers should never be spoken to with such blunt disrespect. Second, team members deserve to be treated with dignity, especially in a public-facing setting. I hope management addresses Supervisor Fez's behavior and tone regarding proper customer service standards and respectful employee interactions. Price per person: $30–40 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Came in orange chicken was empty chef cooked spicy orange chicken first then cooked another dish then cooked another dish of spicy orange chicken again while leaving the regular orange chicken empty. Waited 25 minutes and still no orange chicken. I ended up leaving and doubling up on another dish. Chef needs to learn how to prioritize, especially during busy hours. Horrible chef. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
