I hate to leave a bad review, but there are some improvements that need to be made. I’ve ordered from this location a couple times, twice I have gotten home only to realize my green beans were missing from the order. On my most recent visit, I also waited about 20 minutes for my food. I was waiting on the super greens, and during that time I watched two trays of fresh super greens come and go before my portion was finally served. I understand that it gets busy, and mistakes happen, but these issues seem to occur too often. Employees should double-check orders before handing them out to ensure customers receive everything they paid for. Additionally, customers who are already waiting on an item should be prioritized before serving new orders. I enjoy the food, which is why I keep coming back, but I hope management can make some improvements to the ordering and pickup process Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 4

I got my food and they took over 15 minutes for some veggies. My food was cold by the time I got it. I asked for it to be warm they said no. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Very disappointed with our experience at Panda Express today. My husband, Arturo, originally ordered a Bigger Plate, but there was some confusion during the order. When he tried to clarify and change it, the employee became visibly upset and started raising her voice at him. There was no reason for a customer to be spoken to in that manner over a simple misunderstanding. Mistakes happen, and we understand that orders can get mixed up. What was upsetting was the way the situation was handled. Customers should be treated with patience, respect, and professionalism, even when there is confusion about an order. We left feeling embarrassed and unwelcome. We have enjoyed Panda Express in the past, but this experience was unacceptable. I hope management addresses customer service and reminds employees that respectful communication goes a long way. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
