I’m Asian and I love the food here, but I’ve noticed that my portions are consistently smaller than my boyfriend’s (he’s Caucasian), even when we order the exact same thing. I brushed it off at first, but today was the third time, so I asked why, and they just shrugged. The only staff member who always gives us equal portions is one particular girl, so I sometimes check who’s working before I order. If she’s not there, I won’t bother. Some of the staff are excellent; some of the other staff act like they’re the company’s inheritor or something. Funny thing is, we both order half and half sides. He got 2 full scoops of rice and a chow mein full of noodles. I got 1 scoop of rice (not full) and a chow mein full of celery, cabbage, and onion, with less noodles. Sorry, but I will stop giving tips after today. Meal type: Brunch Price per person: CAD 30–40 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

I came here and ordered a plate and the rice is all hard and crunchy, the chicken was good but I can't even eat the rice. Needs more water and more time in the rice cooker. Food: 2 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

On July 15, 2026, I visited Panda Express and had another great experience with Victoria. She always makes me feel welcome and valued as a customer. Her friendly attitude and excellent customer service are the main reasons I enjoy coming back. Victoria is also an outstanding salesperson. She often offers me samples, which helps me try new menu items, and I usually end up ordering something I enjoy. For example, I was planning to order one entrée and one side, but she explained that if I added just $2, I could get a better value. Her recommendation was helpful, and I was happy with my meal. I always buy the shrimp with nuts for my 90 yrs old mom and they always make it fresh for me. I really appreciate Victoria's professionalism, kindness, and ability to make customers feel important. She represents Panda Express very well, and I hope she receives recognition for her excellent work. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Order type: Takeaway Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20
