Stood in line for over 10 minutes before finally being rudely addressed by the shift lead, while the General Manager, Sabrina, stood there idly and didn't say a word. Left without food and will never return. Terrible service. Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner Service: 1

Food is good, but service is slow even if you order on the app. one hour earlier. If you're in a hurry, I don't recommend it. The last time I came through the drive thru, they didn’t have any food ready and gave me a 15 minute wait while they fixed some Beijing Beef for my husband’s plate. Another employee took it for another customer and turned my wait into 25 minutes. Tonight, my daughter wanted String Bean Chicken, so another 15 minute wait. I got a plate too and they tried to make it and give it to me at the window and then expect me to wait 15 minutes. I wouldn’t even take my food from the girl at the window and told her that mine would be cold before I could get home with it. Apparently, this store needs better management and more helpful employees!!!! I like the food, but it’s a hassle to get some every time I come to Panda Express in Elizabethtown, KY!! JUST DO BETTER!!
