Just walked in on my phone logging into my account server and manager standing talking like I’m not standing there. Did not acknowledge me or ask if I wanted anything. As I turned to walk away because of that he tells the server I didn’t want anything anyway. Customer service goes a long way. Maybe this manager and employee need to retake the class. I wish their cooked their food a little longer. The vegetables should have a nice sear along the edges, along with a tender bite. What you get is ALMOST fully cooked food, that is barely warm. Price per person: $10–20 Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

Normally I love Panda Express so this is just unfortunately too bad. Was in line 44 minutes. Got no friendly customer service. No apology for the long wait . The food was cold. The rice had this icky burnt taste to it. Have called twice and no response from management. Very disappointed. I understand places get busy but this was a little ridiculous. Let’s do better! Even a simple smile and sorry for the wait would’ve made the experience better. Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
