Horrible location. Employees are constantly in a rush and rude to customers with condescending attitudes. I’m not even writing this complain because of the crew I’m writing it because they gave my boyfriend FOOD POISONING my boyfriend has been in the bathroom 6+ hours today because this location cannot cook chicken properly. With half of the menu being burnt we would’ve thought the chicken would’ve at least been cooked properly. If you want to enjoy your family time/dates and or just a hard working meal you earned do NOT attend to this Panda Express. EDITED !!!! Apparently when you try to call to complain and or tell them that they have prepared the food incorrectly they will ignore your calls and go as far and hanging up on you numerous times!!! I have dealt with a lot of rude crew workers especially because I used to be a fast food worker I understand how customers can be but the way this facilities ran is absolutely unacceptable. Meal type: Lunch

Terrible service. I had a bad experience while dining there on Sunday night. My family and I had gone out to eat in high spirits; it was around 9:46 p.m. when one of the employees informed us that the dining area was already closed. We hadn't even finished eating yet. I understood, I thought it was just a heads up but she seemed to be in a huge rush and intent on kicking us out of the establishment; in fact, she started sweeping and mopping while we were still eating. Later, around 10:00 p.m., we were ready to leave, and my husband wanted to take our 3 year old son to the restroom. The employee who had been cleaning refused, telling my husband that the restroom was closed. I’m pregnant, so I asked to use it as well, and she refused me in the exact same manner. Afterward, I asked for her name, but no one would tell me; they kept repeating that they didn't know it. Finally, someone told me her name was Makeila. I don't know if the person who told me that was lying, because the person who initially claimed not to know the name and who was the one who refused to tell it to me is named Dailey. I also asked to speak with the manager, but an employee told me that there was no manager on duty that night. That is precisely why they do whatever they want, because there is no one there to supervise them or to ensure that they treat customers with respect. The person in the photo is the one who refused to let us use the bathroom. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

This place is so inconsistent. They definitely ration the portions. I always buy a bigger plate and I barely get full. A lot of the time I contemplate coming here because it is a rip-off with the way that they ration. I hate this place although I love panda. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 5
