I called because my order was messed up and we didn’t receive all of our food. I had to drive back home to get the receipt, then drive all the way back to the restaurant. By the time I get home again, the rest of my food is going to be cold and not worth eating. When I spoke to the manager, she told me it “wasn’t her problem” and said I could come back another day to get the missing food. I explained that I was coming right away, but that my other food would be ruined by the time I got back home, and she simply didn’t care. Absolutely horrible customer service and very disappointing experience. This was the Finley location that’s on Tiffin Road. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The absolute worst service. I asked for mushroom chicken without Zucchini for my wife and was told "I can't do that!" and later told that the management doesn't allow it because they would lose money by giving me extra chicken. The manager on duty stood by and refused to engage me while the poor counterwork defending this stupid policy. Them to top it off they were out of Soy Sauce. ... Good riddance. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Dietary restrictions: They cannot change their offerings based on your requirements.

I love Panda Express but and this location is good but I've gotta say, I wish the people serving food would put on a mask or something. Just watched a server cough openly over the food, it seemed to come as a surprise, and the proceed to catch the next with her hand before moving to her elbow. Look, I get it I do. But really if your gonna have the food just out there a mask or something would really help make things less gross to think about.
