What happened to Panda Express ?! Or is it this location? First off, they teriyaki chicken is like slimy, dark meat. I couldn’t even eat it. It used to be grilled, white chicken breast. So thought I would try again and my plate had literally all noodles, two pieces of the steak and a few orange chicken for $10. And the noodles are so dry they aren’t edible unless you put soy sauce on them. Definitely won’t be pack to panda anytime soon!
