The customer service at this location has been amazing, what a breath of fresh air it is to have someone, genuine or not, be happy or positive while ordering, Im so sorry I never got your names or I wouldve given you a shoutout. Ill do another review next time! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Order type: Takeaway Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Recommended dishes: Spring Roll, Super Greens, Veggie Spring Roll 2 Parking options: Free of charge parking lot Parking: roughly 50 parking spots, I went at 5pm on a Wednesday and it was packed!

Absolutely trash. You stand in line and they put all the food into the online orders then when you order online they make you wait 45 min. This whole restaurant is trash. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

If you walk in to order, you are NOT a priority. The portions have reduced to half the size of other Panda Expresse. I walked in and stood directly in line with nobody ahead of me as 3 'line' employees and a cook were behind the counter. I was greated by a younger guy who said hed be right with me 1, printed out an online/app order, and began to fill it. Lady 2 (black shirt) walked around, banged a soon on a bowl, fluffed the bags.. lady 3 (red shirt) took the temp of the meat, got on her tablet, printed more online orders, then walked to me and informed me someone would be right with me. Mind you, id been in line ~5 minutes now. I looked at my phone again and waited.. another 5 minutes as busy guy filled more online orders red shirt lady had her back to me and started at a tablet that did not change once and black shirt lady .. well I dont even know what she was doing. I left.. this place is more worried about preparing food to sit and wait to be picked up and draining electronics then helping customers who are in front of them. Price per person: $10–20 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
