Food is super great. They are always super busy, and no fault of the staff DO NOT GO THROUGH THE DRIVE THRU. You will be stuck there for over a half hour, even if you order ahead.

Update 06/14/2026 I decided to give them a chance by starting to go at opening and first experience was they opened around 10:14 a.m. and didn't have food ready til about 10:30 a.m. but the food was actually good and fresh but the there's a lot to work on with customer service but you can tell workers that actually care and are trying. It's going to be a long process but I'm going to try and tough it out. 06/03/2026 Just walked out and probably won't return until workers learn how to run business correctly. I hate to walk out of a place and it wasn't because being busy it's the lack of communication with a customer. I ordered one bigger plate and a plate and the guy put my chow mein in both but didn't advise ME they're waiting on the entrée I ordered because I see everything I ordered in my face....I told the young lady at register since those chow meins are sitting there I would like fresh chow mein since no one on the line now and chow mein being made fresh...she says you have to tell whoever making your plate and I point to no one there and I just said forget this place. This is the worst run Panda whether new or not I have ever encountered and I review a lot of places and this is completely unacceptable and I tried giving them a pass. Update: Even thou place was packed food was much better but please be aware that people will eventually complain if the young lady continues to put small amount of chow mein in a $12 meal and get those scoop portions corrected asap because everyone wants what they pay for. I'll update my review because I plan to visit more but the beijing beef was not crispy at all and taste was off but I respect it's new location and everyone is still learning so I can't be too hard on them right now. I will advise through this process also to make sure the chow mein is always fresh and stay checking food for freshness because that score is way too low to just open and honestly I'd still prefer Panda express then what Griffin has to offer with it's so called Chinese cuisine. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $20–30
