I had a large order for pick up thru mobile app! Sent $70 for family meal and sides and appetizers. I checked for all sauces with each item ordered and of course I get all the way home to find not one single pack of sauce!!! The food was mid and dry!!! To make things worse they didn't even give me my fortune cookies either!!! Clearly says on order ticket all the sauces. I tried to call to complain but the dont even answer their phone it just rings and rings!!! This location is always messing up my orders and I dont even really like the food but my kids do!!! This location needs to do better!!! Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $60–70

Tried to make an order on the app 35 minutes before close, the app said I wasn’t able to make an order at this location, I assume because of closing. I understand the need to cut off orders prior to closing time, but 30 whole minutes? It’s not like I was ordering 5 min before. We drove in person after not being able to order, and of course they were only serving a limited menu of only fried rice and 3 proteins. On another note, I payed for a water one time and they forgot to give it to me. Service: 1

Unfortunately I eat panda express almost everyday because I typically really like the string bean chicken breast. This one is closest to my house but I go to about 3-4 different ones regularly. I dont know what's going on but the string bean chicken breast is dry and has no sauce. I typically get a bowl with white rice which is already bland. However, the sauce on the string bean breast is usually sufficient...but not the last 2 days. Its white as heck and the sauce is supposed to be a deep, dark brown. It's like they're trying to stretch the sauce ...uuuuuuugghh why!? I'm not going here anymore. And I usually get food for my entire family which cost between $30-40. Price per person: $30–40 Food: 1 Service: 4
