Took my mother to eat here tonight and was the worst food ever from this restaurant. Showed up alittle past 6pm on a Tuesday night. Ordered orange chicken rice and noodles along with some spring rolls. Noodles and rice were dry and old tasting. Had to ask for soy sauce packs to try and revive them to no avail. The orange chicken tasted like rubber and soggy, not crispy and fresh. Spring rolls we cold and mushy.I have eaten here 2x in the last year and have been very disappointed both times. Will not return . This place is not in line with Panda Express quality. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5
